This position requires a strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Perform regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt operations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed Ensure that all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and serviced Train and develop maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to work in all weather conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Stonebridge of Abbeville is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
