Summary:
The Automotive Salesperson is responsible for selling cars and interacting with customers in the dealership.

Greet customers and assess their automotive needs.
Explain the features of various vehicles.
Demonstrate the operation of vehicles.
Negotiate prices and close sales.
Update customer records and document sales Ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of new products and services.
Follow up with customers after sales.
Monitor sales trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated sales ability.
Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of automotive products and services Ability to close sales Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude and appearance Computer literacy Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous sales experience preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
